Returns:
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The item is returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Perishable goods

Refunds: After we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified of the approval status. If approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and issued to your original payment method.
